3. Action Cards

• Skip: The chance of the next player is skipped. 

• Reverse: If the table is moving on the right side, with this card, it will move from the left side.

• Draw Two: The next person has to pick two cards from the draw pile.

• Wild Card Four: The next person has to pick four cards with the power of color changing. 

4. Announcing UNO

If you have only one card left in your hand, you must announce UNO until any of the players catches you. If you get caught with a single card without saying UNO, you have to draw a penalty for two cards. 

5. Winning 

The first who gets rid of all the cards first wins the game.
